Two-Bedroom Apartment Homes $2200 Minimum Monthly Gross Income $5,500
Outstanding debt and account age. If no credit history establish; other considerations will be taken. (Ask manager for details).
One- bedroom apartment =3 people Maximum. 2-bedroom apartment =5 people maximum.
Please review our Requirements and if qualify; Submit one completed Application per adult with the following information for each Applicant.
1. Drivers License or any other Federal issued Identification.
2. Proof of Social Security Number or ITIN number
3. Current pay stub or other Proof of legal and verifiable Income.
4. Holding Deposit Minimum $100.00 (Refundable if application is not approved.)
5. Credit Check Fee of $40.00 per Application. This amount must be paid in cash or money-order
(non refundable).

- Legal Verifiable Income: Minimum two and a half (2.5 times the Monthly Rental Amount.)
Two-Bedroom Apartment Homes $2200 Minimum Monthly Gross Income $5,500
- Rental History: Former Residential Reference for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. A favorable recommendation from previous Landlord. (Family members will not be accepted as Landlord References.) If first time renter ask management for requirements for “first time renters program”.
- Credit History: A Credit Check will be done on each adult applicant; Favorable retail credit history is preferred.

- Employment History: Minimum 6 months with same employer, if self-employed or less then 6 months
- Sign “Anti-Crime Housing Community Agreement”.
- Occupancy standard limit: We act in accordance with the guidelines from DFHE

- Our Community has a No Pet Policy: Except for Assistive Animals for the Disabled.
- Our community has a No Smoking Policy.
- ***Applicants who have been evicted from a former residence, have an open balance in another housing community or have an open bankruptcy in their credit report will automatically be disqualified.
